3. A warning will appear. Click Yes.

NOTE: If applications are using the device, you will be alerted and the dismounting

will fail.

See “Dismounting the NDAS device failed ...” in the troubleshooting section of

chapter 11 for more information. Alternatively, if you are sure that you will not lose

any data, you can click “Retry” 5 more times to try and “force” the dismount.

4. After dismounting, click NDAS device Management . The status icon is now

changed to white. Select Mount (Read-only).
